Opal Morales Asencio is a managing partner at OBM Legal Consulting, a firm specialized in Corporate Law and Foreign Trade. As a lawyer, she legal advice to companies and individuals in the field of Business Law and Foreign Trade, representing clients in all types of processes and legal procedures, and legal advice to small and medium enterprises in the process of entering new markets worldwide. She has taught numerous courses and lectures, on Internationalization of Businesses, Contract Law and Foreign Trade, for institutions such as CEOE, CEPYME, and the Association of Young Entrepreneurs of Madrid, Spain (AJE). She is also a guest speaker at Radio Intereconomia. Currently she is legal advisor for the AJE. Aside from being a lawyer Opal Morales Asencio, is a member of the Bar Association of Madrid, and has acquired the following Master’s degrees: Master in Business Tax Advisory, IE BUSINESS SCHOOL.
